Enjoy a beginner-friendly Pilates session led by HDPilates Cheshire.
Designed for all abilities, this gentle session will introduce you to the fundamentals of Pilates, helping to improve balance, strength and flexibility. We’ll then move into an Autumnal seasonal planter workshop where you’ll create your own beautiful planter.
